- We use it to answer you and send what you asked for.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We only text you if you check the separate text box, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.
Who we are
This website belongs to Anastasia Morgen (Arizona License SA686205000) and Spencer Morgen (Arizona License SA722318000), real estate salespersons licensed with GGAB, LLC, doing business as Grigg's Group powered by The Altman Brothers, 5055 N 32nd St, #110, Phoenix, AZ 85018. In this policy, "we" and "us" means the two of us.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- A property address, if you request a pricing review
- What you're interested in (buying, selling, relocating) and your timeframe
- Anything you write in a message
- Which guide you asked for
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or request
- To prepare and send a pricing review you asked for
- To email you the guide you requested, along with occasional market notes you can unsubscribe from
- To provide real estate services if you choose to work with us
- To meet our legal, licensing, and brokerage record-keeping obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Our brokerage. Arizona law requires our brokerage to supervise our work and keep records, so Grigg's Group powered by The Altman Brothers may have access to your information.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run this site and send email, such as our website host and our email provider (MailerLite), process information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
- Your transaction. If you work with us, we'll share what's needed with the people involved in your deal, such as a lender, title or escrow company, or the other party's agent, and only with your direction.
- The law. If we're required to by law, court order, or a government request.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the separate text-message box on a form. Agreeing to texts is never required to get a pricing review, a guide, or our help.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- You can also opt out by calling or emailing either of us. We'll honor any opt-out within 10 business days.
- We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. If you unsubscribe, we'll stop within 10 business days. We may still reply to messages you send us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to help you, and for as long as Arizona real estate law and our brokerage's record-keeping rules require. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we'll notify you as Arizona law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call either of us below. We'll take care of it unless the law or our brokerage's record-keeping rules require us to keep it, and if so we'll tell you.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Instagram and listing search pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
