Meet Anastasia & Spencer

Married, licensed, and on your deal together.

We've been together eight years and we work as a pair. That means two people looking at every listing, every number, and every contract, and one shared plan for getting you where you want to go.

Anastasia Morgen

REALTOR® · Decade-long Valley resident

Anastasia was born in Moscow, came to the US at five, and still speaks fluent Russian. She has lived in five states. Scottsdale is the place that stuck. It has been home for nearly a decade, the longest she's lived anywhere.

She earned her real estate license while finishing her degree at ASU, graduating summa cum laude, then spent several years in geopolitical and market risk analysis and helped run her family's international clothing resale business. She reads data carefully, asks the uncomfortable question early, and explains it plainly.

She works with buyers and sellers across the Valley, including new construction. She has also traveled to more than 30 countries and knows every good small restaurant in the Northeast Valley.

Spencer Morgen

REALTOR® · North Scottsdale native

Spencer was born and raised in North Scottsdale and remembers when much of it was still open desert. His family moved to the Valley from New York in the 1970s, and his grandfather's company, Madison Building Corporation, built McDonald's restaurants across Arizona for nearly 50 years.

After earning a political science degree at ASU, Spencer spent about a decade in private wealth management for high-net-worth clients, first in Washington, D.C., then as an analyst at a Paradise Valley hedge fund. He brings that same discretion and financial eye to every transaction.

He knows how this part of the Valley grew because he watched it happen. He's also the one to ask about cars.

At home, Watson the golden retriever and Bruce the Yorkie are in charge.

How we can help

Buying, selling, or moving here from somewhere else.

Every move starts with a conversation about what you want and what the numbers say. Then we build the plan around both.

Buying

Tours, offer strategy, and a straight answer on whether a house is priced right. Anastasia also works new construction sites in the Valley, so we can walk you through builder contracts and upgrade pricing before you sign.

Selling

A pricing review built from current comparable sales, a prep list ranked by what actually moves the price, and marketing backed by the Grigg's Group platform.

Relocating

Moving from out of state is a lot to figure out. You get video walk-throughs, area tours, and a short list of neighborhoods matched to your commute and how you like to spend a weekend, from someone who moved here and someone who grew up here.

What working with us looks like

Plain answers, real numbers, no pressure.

You see the comps.

Every price opinion comes with the sales data behind it, including when the data doesn't help the side we're on.

Timing is your call.

If waiting six months is the smarter move, we'll tell you. A good decision later beats a rushed one now.

Two of us, one plan.

Text or call either of us. We split the work so someone is always on it, and we both know where your deal stands.

For homeowners

What would your home list for right now?

Online estimates can miss by a wide margin in neighborhoods with custom homes and big lots. We'll pull the actual comparable sales and send you a real number with the reasoning behind it.

  • Based on current ARMLS comparable sales
  • Delivered by email within two business days
  • No obligation to list, ever

By submitting, you agree Anastasia and Spencer Morgen may contact you by phone and email about real estate services. Your information is used only to respond to you and is never sold. See the Privacy Policy. A pricing review is a licensee's opinion of value, not an appraisal.

Where we work

Neighborhoods we know street by street.

Prices change every month, so we don't post them here. Ask and we'll send you this month's numbers for any area.
